Senior FP&A Analyst - Role located in Spring, TX. Only Local Candidates will be reviewed
This is an opportunity to become a trusted financial partner inside a growth-focused insurance organization. You will work closely with business leaders and senior executives to improve visibility, strengthen planning, and translate performance data into clear actions.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will have meaningful exposure to the CEO, CFO, and operating leaders while influencing forecasts, resource decisions, margin improvement, and growth initiatives. The right person will enjoy moving beyond reporting what happened to explaining why it happened—and what the business should do next.
What You Will Own
- Build and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term decision-making.
- Analyze monthly results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying the business drivers behind performance.
- Deliver clear insights into revenue trends, margin performance, expense management, and operating efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate initiatives, challenge assumptions, and connect operational plans to financial outcomes.
- Support the annual planning process and rolling forecasts across departments.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations that make complex financial information easy to understand and act upon.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Support financial due diligence for growth initiatives, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.
- Strengthen reporting consistency, data integrity, and confidence in the organization's financial information.

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role; experience operating at a senior analyst level is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems; exposure to ERP and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- The ability to translate financial data into a concise story and practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence communicating with senior leaders and partnering across functions.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
