Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift activities in Racine, WI. The role supports CNH operations with pick/pack, sequencing, and inventory management in a busy warehouse environment.

You will lead warehouse associates, monitor productivity and safety, coach staff, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and drive daily throughput.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse or inventory systems

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards to maintain smooth daily operations
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations
• Addressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Enforcing company policies, processes, and safety requirements
• Partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues
• Completing daily reporting related to labor, workflow, and productivity
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
