Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shifts and ensure timely, accurate tasks in the warehouse environment. You will monitor productivity, safety, and quality, and coach team members to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation, with strong communication and MS Office skills. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency.
