Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Experience with hourly employees and coordinating daily operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
