As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will support, maintain, develop, and implement the firm’s financial systems as part of the IT Financial Systems Team.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and implement Aderant Expert customization of Classic and Framework forms, inquiries, rules, and workflows.
• Utilize the DocuDraft toolkit to develop and modify documents.
• Design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions, including data models and ETL pipelines for finance applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data endpoints for financial data processing and reporting.
• Participate in the selection, planning, design, testing, and deployment of financial systems, including third-party integrations.
• Provide second-tier support for financial applications, resolving issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into system requirements.
• Define, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain documentation related to system implementation and support.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on financial systems.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience in a law firm is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Aderant Expert and development tools.
• Extensive knowledge of the Aderant Expert platform, including customization and database structure.
• Proficient in Visual Studio, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, PowerShell, Office 365, and BI tools.
• Experience with Iron Python and API-Rest Framework.
• Knowledge of other financial systems such as Expert Image, EIS, Intapp Time, Chrome River, and data warehouses.
• Understanding of law firm financial database structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the firm and communicate technical concepts effectively.

The salary range varies by location, e.g., Boston: $100,700 - $151,100; Los Angeles: $105,800 - $158,700; New York: $105,800 - $158,700; and others.
