Job Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to oversee and enhance our internal applications within the CFO organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering and configuring Workday Financials, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and develop innovative solutions.

The role reports to the Director of Financial Systems. Candidates based in the Chicago area are preferred; however, remote candidates will also be considered.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Manage standard Workday administrator tasks, including building reports and dashboards, configuring business process definitions, enabling integrations, maintaining setup data, assessing and implementing feature adoption, and regression testing new releases.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs to develop scalable solutions.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support and transform business processes.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement proactively and manage the impact of new programs on the financial system, from design through post-deployment support.
5. Ensure data integrity across all system integrations and workflows.
6. Maintain a service-oriented approach, emphasizing strong interpersonal skills and user experience.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architectural and functional designs, business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
8. Manage system controls related to reporting, audit, and compliance objectives.
9. Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's core values.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing ERP systems and financial applications, preferably Workday Financials.
3. Experience configuring complex requirements and leading optimization projects, including workflow enhancements, managing integrations, and developing reporting solutions.
4. Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly revenue recognition.

Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a competitive total compensation package, including salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The salary range for this role is between $88,000 and $132,000. The final offer will consider the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Typically, hiring occurs below the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
