Job Description

We are seeking a high-profile analyst to support the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s budget and forecast processes. This role involves advanced analysis of financial and budget data, collaboration with leadership and business partners, and providing strategic financial recommendations. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced financial modeling skills, and a deep understanding of health insurance.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and build collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
  • Technical skills in financial software and ERP systems, with quick learning ability.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification.
  • Experience in business, financial services, or insurance industries.
  • Experience with tools like Workday, Adaptive, or similar data analysis/visualization tools.
Additional Information
