Brown & Brown in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to lead financial servicing for employee benefit clients. The role analyzes monthly reports, prepares renewal proposals, and supports consultants with meetings and plan changes.

You will evaluate utilization metrics, assist with funding recommendations, and contribute to client presentations. Strong Excel and Office skills are essential in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in prospective client finalist presentations to represent the Brown & Brown financial strategy.
• Perform demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects on prospective clients.
• Performing miscellaneous duties and projects, including presentations at client functions and meetings.
• Able to perform all Senior Analyst Tasks.

Brown & Brown is seeking a SR Financial Consultant to join our growing team in Plano, TX!

The Financial Consultant leads and oversees the servicing of financial consulting needs for employee benefit clients. Utilizes technical expertise to retain clients by providing financial expertise. Independently evaluates financial and utilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports, utilization metrics and benchmarks as well as assist in negotiating renewal proposals and preparing and recommending plan changes and/or alternative funding recommendations.
