Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight of monthly financial reports.

• Support Benefit Consultants in preparing requests for meetings including coverages & contracts.
• Participate in prospective client finalist presentations to represent the Brown & Brown financial strategy.
• Performing demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects on prospective clients.
• Performs miscellaneous duties and projects including involvement in client meetings and presentations.
• Able to perform all Senior Analyst Tasks.

Brown & Brown is seeking a SR Financial Consultant to join our growing team in Houston, TX!

The Financial Consultant leads and oversees the servicing of financial consulting needs for employee benefit clients. Utilizes technical expertise to retain clients by providing financial expertise. Independently evaluates financial and utilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports, utilization metrics and benchmarks as well as assist in negotiating renewal proposals and preparing and recommending plan changes and/or alternative funding recommendations.

How You Will Contribute
