Role Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst – Treasury will play an essential role in optimizing TireHub's cash flow management, financial forecasting, and treasury operations. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cash forecasts, performing financial analysis, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance.

This role reports to the Sr. Leader, Strategic Planning, Risk & Assistant Treasurer.

Role Specifics:

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage daily cash positioning and optimize fund utilization.
• Monitor bank balances and transactions for liquidity.
• Analyze cash flow trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support bank relationships and treasury services.
• Ensure compliance with credit agreements and audits.
• Collaborate with Accounting for cash reconciliations.
• Improve cash flow forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor regional financial performance metrics.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership.
• Coordinate data inputs for forecasting models.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years in financial analysis, treasury, or related roles.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of banking systems and treasury operations.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Valid REAL ID or driver’s license.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support flexible hours.
• This role is based in Dunwoody, GA, requiring in-person presence and up to 10% travel.
