Job summary

Pivot Bio in Minnetonka, MN seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to partner with leaders, translate financial data into actionable insights, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will help improve FP&A systems and tools to enable scalable financial support across the organization.

Requirements include 5+ years FP&A or related experience, knowledge of Netsuite and Adaptive, Power BI/Tableau, and a Bachelor's in finance/economics (MBA a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A or related experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of ERP planning and reporting tools (Netsuite and Adaptive preferred).
• Power BI and Tableau experience a plus.
• Experience applying AI capabilities to improve efficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics; MBA a plus.

• Partner with business leaders to align corporate, departmental and financial goals.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly budget-to-actual reporting.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will serve as a key finance business partner, supporting company-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. This role will partner with business leaders to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, strengthen budget and forecast accuracy, and support decision-making across corporate functions. The position will also contribute to continued improvement of FP&A systems, reporting tools, and processes to enable timely, accurate, and scalable financial support for the organization.

Essential functions

• Partner with various business leaders to align corporate, departmental, and financial goals; enable value-added insight through analysis and reporting
• Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast for responsible departments and monthly budget-to-actual reporting
• Provide analytical, strategic, and other business operations support for responsible departments and the overall organization to enable their success
• Contribute to the upgrade, development and implementation of core systems and processes, including FP&A software and dashboard tools

Competencies

• Broad knowledge of ERP functions/capabilities/tools in order to perform planning and reporting activities in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
• Conceptual and practical experience with planning and forecasting, financial analysis, operational analysis, performance analysis, and financial reporting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial statements and processes

Officed out of Minnetonka, MN Headquarters

Travel required

This position will require travel less than 5% of time

Required education and experience

• 5 years FP&A business partner, management consulting, or equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility (exposure to R&D/Product Innovation & Corporate Finance functions preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and associated planning and reporting tools (Netsuite and Adaptive preferred)
• Power BI/Tableau experience a plus
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to drive efficiency a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA a plus

Work authorization/security clearance requirements
