Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Data Center segment finance team. The role focuses on consolidations, comprehensive financial summaries, and improvements to reporting.

The analyst will partner with the segment finance team and assist in global DC reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, analytical, with strong ERP experience and knowledge of US GAAP to drive business results and reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA/ CPA / CMA certifications a plus.
• 4+ years of financial experience required.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting and driving business results.
• Hands-on experience with an integrated ERP system and global consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Monthly forecast and annual planning.
• Support standard reporting requirements in collaboration with the Senior FP&A Manager.
• Drive accountability over processes and ensure timely submission of deliverables to segment.
• Provide consolidation system support and troubleshooting for the full segment team.
• Compile and analyze financial data and KPI's.
• Provide 80/20 financial support and performance reporting.

Position Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Data Center segment finance team. This role assists with consolidations and the preparation of comprehensive financial summaries, supports financial standards and helps drive reporting enhancements. The senior analyst will work closely with the full segment finance team and offers overall support to global DC reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical thinker with proficiency in systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly forecast and annual planning
• Support standard reporting requirements in collaboration with the Senior FP&A Manager
• Drive accountability over processes and ensure timely submission of deliverables to segment.
• Support administrator for consolidation system. Provide assistance to full segment team for troubleshooting and other consolidation support.
• Compile and analyze financial data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
• Provide 80/20 financial support, including the analysis of financial statements, data analytics, performance reporting and tracking.
• Assist as a go-to resource for ad-hoc analyses and reporting needs. Support utilizing advanced technologies to develop and enhance reporting.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• MBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plus
• 4 or more years of financial experience
• Strong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business results
• Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation system
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
