Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join a leading manufacturing organization in Massillon, Ohio.

You will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including annual operating plan development, cost reporting, and month-end close activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative cross-functional communication to drive process improvements and accurate financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or manufacturing finance within a plant or supply chain environment
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial modeling tools; experience with 4Site is a plus
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including product cost standards updates and bridging cost changes
• Manage weekly and monthly cost reporting, analyzing actual vs. forecasted results
• Interpret variance to target for direct expenses and provide KPI breakdowns to plant leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting systems
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance commentary

As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Business Professional department supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
