• Drive monthly close process including accruals, variance investigation, and financial reporting, identifying key business drivers and trends against historical performance and forecast.
• Deliver in-depth monthly analysis of P&L results and prepare executive‑level management presentations to inform strategic decision‑making; includes margin performance, pricing analytics, and operational KPIs.
• Provide actionable financial insights to assess risks and uncover opportunities, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions to achieve financial commitments.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to communicate financial data effectively.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• (30%) Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive customer pricing, programming, promotions, and new product investment decisions.
• (30%) Drive monthly close process including accruals, variance investigation, and financial reporting, identifying key business drivers and trends against historical performance and forecast.
• (20%) Deliver in-depth monthly analysis of P&L results and prepare executive‑level management presentations to inform strategic decision‑making; includes margin performance, pricing analytics, and operational KPIs.
• (20%) Provide actionable financial insights to assess risks and uncover opportunities, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions to achieve financial commitments.

Education And Experience Profile

Pay Range

Pay Range: $81,802 to $128,546.

This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
