Job summary

Proven Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing Houston manufacturer to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. This hybrid role offers high visibility within an AI-forward finance team and a chance to own planning while partnering directly with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A experience, a Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, or Accounting, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Senior FP&A Analyst - Hybrid!

Want to have your voice heard? We're partnering with a fast-growing manufacturer in Houston to bring on a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a high-visibility role on a progressive, AI-forward finance team - you'll help modernize planning and drive insight. If you're a curious, adaptable analyst ready to own the planning process and partner directly with leadership,

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning process, including the biannual budget and monthly forecasts, and own the monthly financial deck/model updates
• Assist with commercial, working capital, and opex analysis
• Independently run down open-ended, ambiguous analysis requests from leadership
• Work across multiple legal entities, manufacturing sites, and product lines, gathering and challenging assumptions from business leaders to build reliable forecasts and budgets

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, or Accounting required
• 5+ years of FP&A experience; some accounting background is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and modeling ability, with the capacity to learn and navigate an AI-assisted model quickly
• Curious, strong business acumen, comfortable with ambiguity and change, adaptable, strong communicator

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
