Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance KPI reporting across metrics including volume, margins, labor, freight, inventory, productivity, and customer profitability.

• Lead financial discussions with stakeholders and communicate findings to financial/non-financial audiences.
• Evaluate business cases and assumptions to aid leadership in data-driven decisions.
