A Day In The Life

The Senior Finance and Treasury Analyst will focus on financial analysis, reporting, liquidity management, and operational support within the treasury department.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses for corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure, risk management, and process improvements.
• Manage financial planning for the treasury department and in-house bank, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvements and system efficiencies.
• Support treasury operations such as cash positioning, in-house banking, and liquidity management.
• Maintain treasury records, policies, and compliance reporting.
• Participate in special projects like system implementations and enterprise investment management.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required); Master's Degree (preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience in finance, treasury, consulting, or investment banking.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Proactive in adopting new tools and technologies.
• Strong personal skills: self-development, political aptitude, effective communication.
• Interpersonal skills: relationship building, negotiation, collaboration.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and remain stationary for long periods. Ability to move up to 25 pounds as needed.

Travel Requirements

Up to 20% domestic travel.
