Your Role and Responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and act as a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities, and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Opportunities include acquiring new skills, working across disciplines, taking on new challenges, and gaining comprehensive industry insights. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions to meet client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP expertise and working with the latest technologies.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP Treasury, Cash Management, Debt and Investment, In-house Banking with at least 2 end-to-end implementations as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management, especially Debt and Investments processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application, including AI models in SAP implementations.
• Leadership skills, effective communication, and team management experience.
• Holder of SAP certifications.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
