Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking an HVAC Automation/BAS Controls Technician to support customers in the Augusta, ME area. The role includes maintaining and optimizing building systems, commissioning activities, and providing technical recommendations to improve performance.

The position offers a company vehicle, gas card, laptop, mobile phone, and tools, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The hourly range is $28.08–$35.10, with compensation details provided as a general guideline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) experience including installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of HVAC controls/DDC experience.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting controllers.
• 2+ years of experience with BACnet, LON, Modbus and other open protocols.
• 2+ years of experience with system startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and optimization.
• 2+ years of experience reading schematics, control drawings, and integrating third-party systems.
• 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.

Responsibilities
