Job summary

Motion is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to provide on-site service for hydraulic systems, repair, installation and preventive maintenance at customer sites in the Elkview, WV area. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, upgrades, and on-call emergency support, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication with customers and peers, the ability to read hydraulic schematics, and the skill to lead small projects.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and five (5) or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, including on-site emergency repairs, servicing and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair and support for equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, document findings and decide on repairs or parts replacement.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

## Sr. Field Service TechnicianApply: On-Site: Elkview, WV, USA: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R26\\_0000031663**SUMMARY:** Under limited supervision, the Senior Field Service Technician performs complex customer support activities for equipment and systems products such as hydraulics, component repair, welding, and relatively complex equipment.
