Sr. Federal Compliance Consultant - Federal Advisory (remote)

Optiv + ClearShark is seeking a Sr. Federal Compliance Consultant to join our Federal Advisory team. This remote position focuses on working with federal and commercial clients in cybersecurity compliance, including leading advisory engagements, developing services, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead federal compliance engagements, guiding clients to improve their compliance posture.
2. Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
3. Develop and execute client strategies and roadmaps for federal compliance.
4. Conduct assessments and develop remediation plans.
5. Coordinate engagement activities, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients and sales teams.
7. Maintain certifications and act as a mentor for team development.
8. Contribute to thought leadership and service portfolio development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS, RMF, CMMC).
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $134,600 - $184,500 annually. Optiv offers a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This position may be eligible for a bonus plan.
