CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Manager in California to oversee building operations, maintenance, and related capital projects across a portfolio. You will lead staff, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Manager, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Facilities Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Facilities Manager position is $176,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
