Job Title: Sr. Facilities Design Analyst

Job Duties: Provide technical expertise and support to the Surgical Workflows Infection Control & Life Sciences Sales Team by preparing architectural layouts, proposing effective design solutions for new sales opportunities, and preparing sales quotes based on expert field feedback. Analyze design issues and suggest corrective actions. Prepare accurate 2D & 3D design layouts according to company standards. Develop effective design solutions to meet project goals, review and suggest improvements to existing designs, and address design-related questions promptly. Work independently by prioritizing, planning, and executing multiple projects efficiently. Attend project meetings to discuss issues and design ideas. Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate quotes based on proposed layouts. Prepare detailed Submittal Drawing Packages with input from the Project Management team. Stay updated with the latest design technologies and techniques. Provide training and assistance to team members as needed. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products in the current portfolio. Conduct occasional visits to customer sites. Serve as a technical mentor to junior team members in product knowledge, systems, tools, and hospital infrastructure related to equipment layout and placement.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare facility design or a related industry. Skills and experience include: 5 years in AutoCAD and Revit drafting; 5 years in product or building/facility design; 5 years managing complex projects; proficiency with Salesforce CRM; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, including reading and designing technical and electrical specifications.

Remote/telecommuting is permitted throughout the U.S., with up to 5% travel per year, approximately once a month to customer sites.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Standard employee benefits included.
