Job Title

Sr. Facilities Design Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical expertise and support to the Surgical Workflows Infection Control & Life Sciences Sales Team through architectural layouts, design solutions, and sales quotes.
2. Analyze design issues, suggest corrective actions, and prepare 2D & 3D layouts following company standards.
3. Review and improve existing designs, address design questions, and prioritize multiple projects independently.
4. Participate in project meetings, develop accurate quotes with the sales team, and prepare detailed Submittal Drawing Packages.
5. Stay updated on design technologies, conduct training, and develop product knowledge.
6. Visit customer sites occasionally and serve as a technical mentor to junior team members.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of healthcare facility design experience. Must have:

• 5 years of AutoCAD and Revit drafting experience
• 5 years of design experience in product or facility projects
• Project management skills for complex projects
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, including reading technical specifications

Additional Details

Remote/telecommuting is permitted across the U.S., with up to 5% travel required. Salary is $90,000 - $100,000 annually, with standard benefits.
