Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate extrusion blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to daily production plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues promptly to minimize machine downtime and maintain target cycle times.
• Monitor product quality continuously to ensure manufactured parts meet strict technical specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on molds, extruders, and downstream machinery.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle time settings to optimize material usage and reduce scrap rates.
• Maintain clear production logs, equipment maintenance records, and material usage documentation throughout shift operations.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Adapt working hours and tasks flexibly as required by fluctuating operational demands and urgent client orders.
