Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate extrusion blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality to ensure parts meet technical specs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on molds and extruders.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle times to optimize material use and reduce scrap.
• Maintain production logs and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Adapt hours and tasks to fluctuating demands and client orders.
