Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Experiential Event Manager based in United States.

The Sr. Experiential Event Manager will lead high-impact field marketing, executive events, and experiential programs designed to generate measurable business results.

This senior individual contributor will own programs from strategy and audience planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.

The role will connect experiential marketing closely with account-based marketing, sales priorities, and broader go-to-market initiatives.

You will use data, technology, and audience insights to create experiences that engage strategic accounts and buying groups.

Success will require balancing creativity and exceptional attendee experiences with rigorous budget, operational, and ROI discipline.

You will collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, revenue teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate is an analytical, proactive, and hands-on marketer who can turn events into scalable programs that influence pipeline and revenue.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of executive events, field programs, flagship events, and experiential activations aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Translate go-to-market priorities into structured, audience-centric event programs with clear objectives, KPIs, messaging, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and deliver high-quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences while maintaining consistent brand, operational, and attendee experience standards.
  • Integrate events into broader account-based marketing and go-to-market campaigns rather than treating them as standalone activities.
  • Partner with sales leadership, revenue marketing, and field teams to identify priority accounts and buying groups and support targeted pre-event engagement strategies.
  • Establish effective post-event follow-up processes that drive engagement, sales acceleration, and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Provide sales and marketing stakeholders with visibility into event performance, engagement insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with venues, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners while maintaining strong budget control, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, content, product, operations, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Leverage marketing technology and data platforms to improve audience targeting, registration quality, attendee engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with ABX, product marketing, demand generation, content, growth, and marketing operations teams to align experiences with broader business objectives.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority by bringing expertise, clear frameworks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze program performance and translate results into insights, best practices, and recommendations that can improve future experiential initiatives and scale successful approaches across regions.
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing/account-based experience (ABM/ABX) and field marketing strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success using events and experiential programs to influence pipeline, revenue, engagement, and sales outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate credibly and effectively with senior leaders and strategic stakeholders.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with sales, revenue, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including experience managing complex timelines, budgets, vendors, partners, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for delivering polished, memorable customer and prospect experiences.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while adapting quickly when priorities change.
  • Hands-on, proactive, energetic, and accountable approach with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and work effectively without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and related event, ABX, and marketing analytics tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and approaches to improve targeting, engagement, measurement, and operational efficiency.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $101,275.50–$148,537.40 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including location and experience.
  • Potential additional compensation through a bonus program or commission plan.
  • Potential stock options, subject to applicable approvals.

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly self-care days.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with equipment and support for effective collaboration.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including access to LinkedIn Learning.
