Elevate Creative is the creative arm of Elevate—we are a best-in-class sports and entertainment firm that partners with the world's most recognizable teams, brands, and properties. We work together to forge unforgettable moments of connection, uniting storytelling and emotive design to create dynamic experiences and spaces that amplify brands and drive revenue.
We believe that boundless creativity, rooted in core truths and lived experience, creates transformative experiences for fans, translates a brand to three dimensions, and brings a space to life. While most people look at something head-on, we tilt our heads to change perspective. We love building things - brands, experiences, stories, relationships, and moments that demand to be re-lived. We believe that creativity never stops.
The Senior Experiential Designer, Spatial role will play a key role in translating brand narratives into three-dimensional environments—from initial concept to final execution. You will support the creative team in developing spatial, environmental, graphic, and digital design solutions specifically for physical, built environments such as branded interiors, installations, pop-ups, preview centers, or permanent spaces.
This is not a purely visual or digital design role - proven spatial design experience is key. Ideal candidates have an understanding of how people interact with physical space, materiality, circulation, scale, and atmosphere. You're fluent in spatial planning and environmental storytelling, and confident producing 2D and 3D design documentation that guides fabrication, installation, and implementation.
You are a designer who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, balancing creative vision with the constraints and possibilities of real-world execution. You're confident presenting ideas and designs, open to feedback, and excited by the challenges of designing within complex spatial and brand contexts.
We welcome applicants from diverse design backgrounds - Environmental Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Scenic Design, or similar. However, you must be able to show professional work that demonstrates spatial thinking and execution in physical environments. This could include built projects, design development for real-world installations, environmental graphics with spatial integration, or other spatially-driven design work.
This position is open to all qualified candidates. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability in connection with the application process, you may contact us at HR@oneelevate.com
