The opportunity
Join Adobe Design in shaping the future of Enterprise AI tools within Experience Cloud. We are currently hiring a Senior Designer who will be at the forefront of designing the next generation of experiences for enterprise users. We are looking for a hard-working designer interested in creating new and exciting experiences for and with ground-breaking AI technology. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for and will have impact on defining the possibilities within this innovative space!

The work you'll be doing
At Adobe Design, we believe in crafting delightful experiences that help solve our customers' needs. In this role, you will impact enterprise experiences, with an emphasis on AI!

• Conduct foundational qualitative and quantitative research to drive design direction through engaging directly with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their goals. Work with researchers to validate design solutions, conduct usability testing, and incorporate results into your design process.
• Identify problems, reframe them into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans with product and engineering teams, designers, and users.
• Map complex customer journeys, visualize concepts through storyboards, prioritize scalable information architecture, layout detailed workflows around tech constraints, build intuitive interactions, and prototype.
• Craft pixel-perfect mockups using our Spectrum design system, deliver detailed design specs and assets to engineering teams, verify implementation quality, and track success metrics.

What you’ll bring to the team
The ideal candidate should have expertise and passion in enterprise design experiences dedicated to AI technology. Collaboration skills and the ability to champion innovative experiences in enterprise are also essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in product design with a proven success record, including 3+ years in enterprise product design.
• Experience across a range of design approaches and methodologies, from persona development to prototyping.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate problems clearly in various ways to meet different needs.
• A strong sense of aesthetic and content strategy sensitivity.

Nice-to-haves
Experience designing for generative AI tools, working with Machine Learning experts, data visualization, and data science techniques.

Our compensation varies by geographic market. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 -- $227,500 annually, with specifics shared during the hiring process. Salaries for sales roles include commissions; non-sales roles include base salary plus incentives. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards.
