The Revenue Marketing team is seeking a growth-oriented Sr. Expansion Marketing Manager, Upmarket to lead, develop, and execute targeted programs that drive expansion demand, pipeline growth, and revenue within the customer base. Responsibilities include designing cross-sell and upsell strategies, creating engaging post-sales buyer journeys, and leveraging multiple marketing channels to deliver impactful campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, identify new targeting opportunities, and optimize program performance, ensuring resonance with enterprise buyer personas and measurable growth. This role offers ownership of impactful programs, enabling field teams, and contributing to expansion revenue growth in upmarket segments.

This is a remote opportunity within the US.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, customer marketing, ABM, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, especially in IT and Security, with experience in ABM and multi-threading enterprise buying processes.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for success measurement and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset with proactive, innovative marketing approaches.
What You Can Expect
  • Lead and execute targeted cross-sell, upsell, and demand programs for upmarket segments.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product marketing to craft core messages addressing customer needs.
  • Identify new customer targeting opportunities with marketing and revenue operations.
  • Create programs that engage and educate customers across digital, ABM, social, email, in-product messaging, events, and community channels.
  • Develop outbound plays for AEs, BDRs, and CSMs to drive expansion revenue, aligning with marketing and GTM leadership.
  • Own and optimize program performance, sharing insights and results to improve initiatives.

Compensation for US-based roles: $112,000 - $152,000 USD annually, plus benefits, equity, and incentive programs.
