Texas Capital Bank is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support managers and clients across multiple geographies. You will draft emails, memos and communications on behalf of leadership, and prepare briefings, agendas, and presentation decks.
You will organize meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, take minutes, handle expense reports, and greet visitors. This role requires polished communication, attention to detail, and proactive office management within a collaborative team.
