Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proficient with takeoffs, cost estimating, budgeting, bidding and preconstruction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Eng, or related field.
• Strong ability to lead estimating teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages.
• Manage preconstruction schedules, bid scopes, and procurement plans.

Senior Estimator (Commercial Construction)

Location: Ashland, VA

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a experienced Senior Estimator to lead commercial construction estimating and preconstruction efforts for ground-up and renovation projects. The Senior Estimator will produce accurate, competitive bids and budgets, manage takeoffs and cost models, assess risk, and collaborate with project teams and trade partners to support successful project delivery and growth.
