The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. This front-line role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders, requiring strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience in equipment rental industry preferred
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification completion is a plus
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Base Pay Range: $20.96 - $24.89 per hour.
