Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Epic Certified Analysts across all Epic modules to join our team. These roles involve working on a variety of Epic projects, such as:

• Implementations
• Optimizations
• Specialty Projects
• Production Support

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and project teams to implement, upgrade, and optimize Epic systems.
• Perform extensive Epic application build and design.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Epic modules.
• Provide ongoing production support for Epic applications.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beacon, etc.).
• Proven experience with Epic build and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in various settings: remote, hybrid, or travel as required by the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with multiple Epic projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
