Job Summary / Responsibilities
  1. Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, and ongoing maintenance
  2. Act as primary consultant for troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, escalate issues appropriately
  4. Resolve complex client concerns during installation, operation, and maintenance
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
  6. Work with project teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
  7. Build positive relationships with operations, IT leadership, and vendors
  8. Provide routine support for current applications
  9. Document requirements and define system scope aligned with business strategies
  10. Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills in project management
  11. Mentor team members and transfer knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Current Epic Bridges Certification with at least 5 years of implementation experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in healthcare environment and IS analysis
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and assess technical risks
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

Additional Information

e4health offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. The pay range for this part-time position is $65-$95 per hour. Physical demands include sitting, talking, hearing, and occasional travel up to 15%. Most work is indoors, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
