Ladders in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space seeks a Sr. EP Mapping Specialist - CAS, to join a regional team in Worcester, MA. This role blends clinical expertise with hands-on mapping technology to support electrophysiology systems.

You will educate physicians, promote safe product use, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales growth while building trusted relationships with hospital staff across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Preferred: BA/BS in nursing, life sciences, or a technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Proven track record in technical training within the cardiac field.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. EP Mapping Specialist - CAS, Worcester, MA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role combines clinical expertise, technical training, and customer education to support electrophysiology mapping solutions in a healthcare setting.

The specialist will partner closely with physicians, hospital personnel, and sales teams to promote safe product use and help advance business growth across the region.

Success in this position will require strong mapping experience, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a focus on supporting sales objectives while serving as a regional subject matter expert.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually
