The role focuses on clinical and technical expertise for physicians and staff, educating users on mapping products and procedures, and driving safe adoption of technologies while strengthening customer relationships to support commercial success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in technical training assignments preferred.
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation or EP lab support is valuable.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a EP Mapping Specialist CAS - Hartford, CT to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will provide clinical and technical expertise to physicians and staff supporting electrophysiology mapping workflows in a healthcare setting. The specialist will help drive safe and effective use of advanced mapping technologies while serving as a trusted resource for customers and the sales organization. In addition to customer education and in-lab support, this person will help identify growth opportunities and strengthen relationships that support commercial success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually
