Ladders seeks an EP Mapping Specialist to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech in a remote, US-based role. You will provide clinical and technical support for EP mapping and navigation systems in cardiovascular settings, partnering with physicians, staff, and sales teams to drive safe adoption and meet regional goals.

The ideal candidate brings deep EP lab experience, strong training skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while helping customers use advanced mapping

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related cardiac mapping experience.
• Experience in technical training assignments is preferred.
• Background in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training on EP mapping and navigation systems.
• Educate physicians and staff on the company's products and related procedures.
• Promote safe usage of the company's products.
• Support national and regional sales objectives to exceed sales goals.
• Cultivate customer relationships for incremental business growth.

For our client, we are seeking a EP Mapping Specialist, CAS- Binghamton, NY to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

In this remote role, you will provide clinical and technical support and training for EP mapping and navigation systems used in cardiac electrophysiology settings. You will partner closely with physicians, staff, Account Managers, and Regional Managers to drive safe product adoption, strengthen customer relationships, and support regional and national sales objectives.

This opportunity blends hands‑on procedural education with customer-facing commercial support in a specialized healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep EP lab experience, strong technical training skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while helping customers use advanced mapping technology effectively.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually
