The Denver office of Hogan Lovells is seeking an outstanding Senior Associate to join our dynamic environmental transactions practice. This position will provide the opportunity to play a lead role in a sophisticated practice that advises on high profile, high-value deals spanning the country and a variety of sectors, including diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment.
Ideal candidates will have five to nine years of environmental transactions experience, preferably at a large law firm. This experience should include conducting diligence on the environmental aspects of transactions, preparing diligence reports, drafting environmental provisions of M&A agreements, and advising clients on potential environmental risks and mitigation strategies. Strong writing, interpersonal skills and academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence, are required.

The expected base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000 per year. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses, as well as benefits and potential relocation reimbursement.
