Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Global Business Development, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in support of defined sales program objectives.
  • Build relationships. Work collaboratively with sales, professional services, industry solutions, product, and operations teams to support program delivery. Help ensure alignment across stakeholders, track action items, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Analyze insights and track performance to drive continuous improvement. Analyze industry, customer, and competitive insights to inform enterprise program strategy, planning, and adjustments. Define, track, and report key metrics and performance indicators; identify risks and issues; elevate appropriately; and support mitigation efforts to keep programs on track and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and cross‑divisional engagement efforts.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program‑based selling.
