Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer - Enterprise Transformation to design, build, and scale enterprise integrations and data pipelines across GM. You will connect Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, and core business systems through secure, reusable integration patterns in a production environment.

You will lead architecture reviews, implement REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborate with product, security, and IT teams to ensure reliable data flows, governance, and scalable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in integration engineering, platform architecture, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience architecting pipelines using Google Cloud integration products (Apigee, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define and build reusable GCP-native integration templates and reference implementations.
• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs, webhooks, and middleware pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Privacy, ILM, and identity teams to secure data workflows.
• Guide architecture decisions and provide engineering leadership across the program.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready integration solutions.
