We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Analyst reporting directly to the Manager, Data Engineering. This role involves driving the holistic process of business analytical enablement by engaging with stakeholders to identify data needs, integrating data from multiple platforms, designing data structures, and validating results. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills including analysis, data design, engineering, and quality assurance, with broad decision-making latitude. Collaboration with business, project, and engineering teams is essential to ensure high-quality data delivery that adds value on large-scale efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Lead or assist in developing and maintaining enterprise data architecture, including design principles and models for transactional and analytical systems.
• Work closely with business units to map their problems to data and analytic solutions.
• Develop data models and transformation logic, working with data engineers on pipelines.
• Prototype solutions to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with management to understand data needs aligned with departmental goals.
• Partner with product owners and managers on project scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Become subject matter expert in multiple data domains.
• Define standards around data quality.
• Implement self-service data access to enable quick and accurate data retrieval.
• Support data science teams by providing high-quality data for ML models.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.

What you will need to be successful

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 8 years of experience.
• Advanced business rules translation to data requirements.
• Expertise in SQL, data warehouses, and data modeling (3rd normal form and dimensional).
• Strong coordination skills across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with big data platforms like DataBricks, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, Snowflake, Redshift.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like DBT, Python.
• Commitment to data security and privacy.

Salary Range

$115,000.00 to $147,500.00 per year
