The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, nationally recognized manufacturer of construction materials with a 75-year history and a strong industry presence. This is an opportunity to join an established business where your JD Edwards expertise can make a real difference in how the company operates.

They're looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst with strong, hands-on JDE EnterpriseOne experience, particularly in Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Configurator. You'll work directly with business users and technical teams to understand business needs, recommend solutions, improve system functionality, and help the company get the most out of its JDE environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support business users with JDE EnterpriseOne functionality, configuration, setup, and enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development.
• Develop and document specifications for program enhancements in accordance with JDE and departmental standards.
• Review and test software enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve JDE functional and technical issues, working with users and development staff as needed.
• Research system issues, identify solutions, and provide timely corrections and support.
• Stay current with JDE updates, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements that support business objectives.
• Support applicable JDE functional areas, which may include financials, manufacturing, sales and pricing, Configurator, forecasting, and planning.
• Follow established standards and procedures for managing software changes through OMW.
• Participate in team and staff reviews.
• Travel to company facilities or training sessions as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
• Strong experience with all three of the following:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Configurator
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical JDE solutions.
• Experience writing functional or technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both business users and developers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Associate degree in Information Systems or a related field, or at least five years of business analyst experience.
• Working knowledge of DAS (ReportsNow) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to supported facilities or training as needed.
