Description

- Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to define human annotation requirements vital to launch and maintain premier Apple software products- Work with data science, data engineering and research teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions- Work with annotation operation teams to optimize and manage human data collection and evaluations efforts.- Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, machine learning-powered product programs and delivering client/server software across large organizations (100+ people).
• Proven program management, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills with experience driving data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
• Strong communication with expertise in negotiation, presentation, and influencing across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, other Quantitative Sciences, or related field and equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space, preferably experience in evaluation of MLAI products.
• Self-sufficient in analyzing and drawing conclusions about the quality and product opportunity from raw and refined product data
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
