Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in East Tennessee to lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of high-tech electromechanical medical devices. You will oversee design, testing, safety compliance and production, guiding product strategies with a strong emphasis on innovation.

The role emphasizes mentoring talent in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment. A relocation package is available for the right candidate to relocate to Knoxville area.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE / MSEE degrees along with 10+ years Engineering Management experience in medical device industry.
• Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of EE's and ME's in the development of high-tech electromechanical systems for medical applications.
