Engineering Manager - Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing | Wharton, NJ

We are partnering with a Fortune 500 Aerospace/Defense manufacturer located just outside Wharton, NJ to identify an Engineering Manager to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to drive continuous improvement, lead capital projects, and oversee the plant's engineering team.

What You'll Do:

• Drive production process improvements through Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Lead and manage CAPEX (capital expenditure) projects from planning through execution
• Oversee and provide leadership to the plant's engineering team
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and leadership to align engineering initiatives with production goals
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across the facility

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment (Aerospace/Defense experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Experience managing CAPEX projects
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing engineering teams
• Familiarity with AS9100 and other aerospace industry standards a plus
