Job summary

Talentola is seeking a mid-level Infor M3/M4 engineer to design, develop, configure, and support Infor M3/M4 solutions. This role collaborates with business, functional, and integration teams to enhance, support, and integrate Infor across procurement, product configuration, pricing, ordering, and related processes.

The candidate will translate requirements into technical solutions, develop integrations via APIs and web services, and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience with Infor M3, M4, or related Infor ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infor M3 development, customization, integrations or application support.
• Strong understanding of Infor M3 architecture, APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, and data structures.
• Experience with Infor ION, M3 APIs, REST APIs, web services, SQL, MEC or similar integration frameworks.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes including requisitions, POs, supplier management, receiving and invoicing.
• For CPQ candidates, knowledge of product configuration, pricing and order configuration is preferred.
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Infor M3/M4 solutions.
• Work on enhancements, integrations, customizations, and production support for Infor applications.
• Support business processes across Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, CPQ, Pricing, Product Configuration, and Order Management.

The engineer will work closely with business, functional, and integration teams to enhance, support, and integrate Infor solutions across procurement, product configuration, pricing, ordering, and related business processes.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of experience working with Infor M3, M4, or related Infor ERP platforms.

• Experience with technologies such as Infor ION, M3 APIs, REST APIs, web services, SQL, MEC, or similar integration frameworks.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or CPQ-related processes.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, receiving, and invoicing.
• For CPQ-focused candidates, understanding of product configuration, pricing, quoting, rules, product structures, or order configuration is preferred.
• Experience analyzing production issues and working directly with functional and business teams.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release management, and production support processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Infor CPQ.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite or M3 Cloud environments.
• Experience with Infor OS and ION.
• Exposure to manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Experience integrating Infor with third-party procurement, CRM, CPQ, ecommerce, or supply chain applications.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, or DevOps practices is desirable.

Domain Knowledge:

Candidates should have working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Procurement:

• Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Receiving, Inventory, Invoice Matching, and Procure-to-Pay.

CPQ:

• Product Configuration, Configure-Price-Quote, Pricing Rules, Product Catalog, Bill of Material, Order Configuration, and integration with ERP or CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with functional, business, and engineering teams.
