Rivian VW Group seeks a Sr. EMC Design Engineer to develop electrical vehicle systems and ECUs. This full-time role is based in Palo Alto and involves reviewing designs, executing tests, and collaborating with engineers to ensure compliance with EMC specifications.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, a BS or MS degree, and hands-on experience with electrical hardware or test equipment.

Sr. EMC Design Engineer
This role is responsible for the development of electrical vehicle systems and hardware Electronic Control Units (ECUs) across various technology domains. It requires a fundamental EMC background, is highly cross‑functional and may include occasional travel. The opening will be located at the Palo Alto office and reports directly to an Engineering Manager within the Hardware organization. The role is expected to work in the office five days per week.
Full‑time positions include base salary, eligibility for an annual performance bonus, and eligibility for equity.
