Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced Electrician to install, maintain and repair wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures across the facility. You will contribute to safe, reliable operations by handling service orders and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications include 5 years as an Electrician, a Georgia journeyman or Masters Electrical Contractor license, and a valid Georgia driver’s license. Knowledge of Life Safety Codes and NFPA standards is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Electrician.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 25, 70, 99, 72 and 110.
• Journeyman or Georgia State Masters Electrical Contractor License (Non-Restricted or Restricted) Upon Hire Required.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s license and adherence to vehicle safety policy upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems in the facility.
• Perform hands-on service orders, preventative maintenance and various other requests, verbal and written; ensure compliance with Life Safety Codes.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures. Maintains and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems in the facility. Maintains the facility in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes. Perform hands on duties including service orders, preventative maintenance and various other requests, verbal and written. Strong working knowledge of NFPA 25, 70, 99, 72 and 110. Provide budget requests to management.

• 5 years of experience as an Electrician Required

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid state issued driver's license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500. Upon Hire Required
