Job summary

Rogers Electric in Rogers, AR is seeking a Senior Electrical Thermographer - Level III to join our team. You will lead infrared inspections of energized electrical equipment and develop inspection programs.

Qualifications

• Current Level III Infrared Thermography Certification.
• Extensive experience conducting electrical and mechanical infrared inspections.
• Advanced knowledge of heat transfer and thermal image analysis.
• Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct infrared inspections of energized electrical equipment.
• Interpret complex thermal images and distinguish legitimate deficiencies.
• Review electrical loading, equipment ratings, temperatures, and operating conditions.
• Establish thermography procedures, inspection routes, acceptance criteria, and reporting formats.
• Assign severity and priority classifications to identified deficiencies.
• Prepare professional reports with thermal and visual images.
• Provide technical review and approval of reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate thermography personnel.
• Maintain infrared cameras and inspection records.
• Support predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
